Krystal Covington is the Chief Marketing Officer at Go Lead Consulting, where she's responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for clients. Krystal has over 13 years of professional experience in marketing roles, including leading Public Relations and Influencer Marketing as PR Director for Natural Grocers. Before that, she served as a Communications Specialist at Transamerica, a Fortune 500 company. In addition to her work with Go Lead Consulting, Krystal is the founder of Women of Denver (WOD), which provides education and networking opportunities for thousands of women in Colorado every year. Additionally, she serves on the Distinguished Alumni Council for Western Governors University. ​Her impactful work has been showcased in TEDx, Forbes, Lifetime, Fox, Entrepreneur, and dozens of other influential outlets. She is also a 2021 Denver Business Journal 40 Under 40 award winner.
